  插(chā)闆閥是綜合多年來使用插(chā)闆(pǎn)閥的(de)經驗(yàn)具(jù)創(chuàng)新的(de)設計，主要(yào)用于(yú)通風除(chú)塵(chén)、風力輸送及(jí)排風系統管(guǎn)路上的調(diào)節和(hé)固體粉料(liào)輸送的調節和(hé)切斷。

  this series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. it is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  采用優質鋼材(cái)焊接而成，具有(yǒu)結構(gòu)簡單，操作(zuò)自如，閥(fá)闆(pǎn)滑動(dòng)靈活，密閉(bì)性能(néng)優良等(děng)特(tè)點。特别是(shì)局部阻力損(sǔn)失小，調節性能好(hǎo)，維護保(bǎo)養(yǎng)拆卸方便，不易(yì)變形，克(kè)服了老(lǎo)式插(chā)闆閥漏風大、變(biàn)形快(kuài)、調節(jiē)困難的毛病。特别适用(yòng)于(yú)無粘(zhān)度的固體粉料(liào)及小(xiǎo)于Ф10mm顆(kē)粒料(liào)、晶體(tǐ)料(liào)、固狀物(wù)料的輸送。

  this valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. it overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. it is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作原(yuán)理：

working principle:

  插闆(pǎn)閥主要由執(zhí)行(háng)機構、閥體、插闆、密封裝(zhuāng)置、行程(chéng)開關等部(bù)件組(zǔ)成(chéng)。運行時輸出(chū)指令（電(diàn)源或氣(qì)源）給執(zhí)行機構，由執(zhí)行機(jī)構帶動插(chā)闆向外抽(chōu)出，達到(dào)工況需(xū)要位(wèi)置，撞動(dòng)行程開關(guān)停(tíng)止，由(yóu)行程(chéng)開關(guān)反饋信号（開關(guān)信号）給控制室。反之(zhī)則關閉(bì)插闆閥(fá)（向内(nèi)推進）。

  the valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. instruction is transmitted to the actuator. the actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. otherwise close disc.

使用(yòng)說明：

operation instruction:

l  本閥連接方式(shì)為(wéi)法蘭連(lián)接。

l  本閥(fá)可(kě)水平(píng)或垂直安(ān)裝，安(ān)裝時兩法蘭聯(lián)接中間必須加(jiā)密封(fēng)墊片，然後(hòu)均勻(yún)鎖(suǒ)緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  手動(dòng)操作時向(xiàng)外抽出為開，向内推進為關。不得在把手上增加輔助器材。

l  執(zhí)行機(jī)構應按(àn)其(qí)使用說明(míng)正确接線(xiàn)與(yǔ)操作。

l  若長期(qī)存放(fàng)應使(shǐ)設備處于關閉(bì)狀态，各傳動(dòng)部(bù)位應加潤(rùn)滑油(yóu)，不允許露(lù)天存(cún)放或(huò)堆置。

l   joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   the valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   draw out handle means open and push in means close. assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. it should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
