  lz系列螺旋閘門用于建(jiàn)材、冶(yě)金、礦山、電(diàn)力、化(huà)工、玻璃(lí)、輕工、糧(liáng)食等(děng)行業(yè)的庫(kù)頂、庫(kù)底(dǐ)及(jí)進出(chū)口等。是(shì)控(kòng)制流量變(biàn)化較大，啟(qǐ)動頻繁，切(qiē)斷迅(xùn)速的理想設備(bèi)。

  結構(gòu)簡單(dān)、操作(zuò)靈活(huó)、重量(liàng)輕、無卡阻、切斷(duàn)快，特别适(shì)用于各(gè)類無粘度的(de)固體、粉料及小于(yú)Φ10mm的(de)顆粒(lì)料，晶(jīng)粒料(liào)的輸(shū)送(sòng)及(jí)流量(liàng)調節(jiē)，安裝不(bú)受(shòu)角度(dù)限制， 操(cāo)作(zuò)方便， 能随時調(diào)節開(kāi)度。該(gāi)閥門有手輪和(hé)鍊輪(lún)操縱(zòng)兩種操作形式(shì)，i型為手輪，ii為鍊(liàn)輪。單向(xiàng)和(hé)雙向(xiàng)兩種(zhǒng)結構形式(shì)，lzd為單向、lzs為(wéi)雙向(xiàng)。

  this valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. it is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. it can be installed at any angle and operated handily. the size of its gate can be regulated at any time. this valve has two type of operation. one is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. the valve has two type of construction lzd is signal direction and lzs is double direction.

工作(zuò)原理：

working principle

  主要(yào)由框(kuàng)架、閘(zhá)闆、絲(sī)杆、螺(luó)母等零件構成(chéng)，用手(shǒu)轉動(dòng)手(shǒu)輪使絲杆帶(dài)着絲(sī)杆(gǎn)螺母(mǔ)和(hé)閘闆沿水(shuǐ)平方(fāng)向往複(fú)運動，達(dá)到閘(zhá)門的啟閉(bì)目(mù)的。

  it is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

使用說明：

usage explanation:

l  本閥可水平安裝(zhuāng)或垂直安裝，安(ān)裝時兩法蘭連(lián)接中間必須(xū)加(jiā)密封(fēng)墊片，然後(hòu)鎖緊螺(luó)栓。

l  操作(zuò)時手(shǒu)輪順時針(zhēn)旋轉為閥關，反(fǎn)之為(wéi)開(kāi)，不得在(zài)手輪上再(zài)增加輔助(zhù)杠(gàng)杆(gǎn)。

l  若長期存(cún)放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳動(dòng)部位(wèi)應加潤滑(huá)油，不允許露(lù)天存放(fàng)或堆(duī)置。

l   it can be installed in horizontal or vertical. sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   you can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   the device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. driving parts should add lubricated oil. placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
