該螺(luó)旋喂料(liào)機(jī)适用(yòng)于幹(gàn)燥粉狀物(wù)料(如煤(méi)粉(fěn)、水泥(ní)、谷物(wù)、砂(shā)石等)的(de)均勻(yún)連(lián)續供料(liào)。

使用(yòng)說明:
usage explanation:
l 安(ān)裝時螺(luó)旋機(jī)各機殼及(jí)兩端機架的縱向不直度和水(shuǐ)平度(dù)允(yǔn)差為長(zhǎng)度的(de)1/1000。底座在機(jī)殼裝妥以後使(shǐ)之着實,再(zài)擰緊(jǐn)地腳螺(luó)釘。
l 進出(chū)料口(kǒu)現場安裝,法蘭間連接加(jiā)密封(fēng)墊片(piàn),不得(dé)有間(jiān)隙。
l 機(jī)體裝(zhuāng)妥後應檢(jiǎn)查各(gè)存油處是否有(yǒu)足夠(gòu)潤滑油。
l 運(yùn)行應平(píng)穩(wěn)可靠,軸承箱不(bú)得發生漏(lòu)油現象,軸(zhóu)承溫(wēn)升(shēng)不(bú)得超(chāo)過20℃。
l 運行時加料(liào)應均(jun1)勻,否則易(yì)造成(chéng)輸送物料(liào)的積塞(sāi),驅動裝置過(guò)載。被(bèi)輸送(sòng)物料内不得混(hùn)入堅硬的(de)大塊物料(liào),避免螺旋卡死(sǐ)造成機體損壞(huài)。
l 必需保證(zhèng)輸送機無(wú)負荷(hé)起動(dòng),在(zài)停車前(qián)應停(tíng)止加(jiā)料,待(dài)機殼内輸送完(wán)物料(liào)後,方(fāng)能停止運(yùn)轉。
l 使用中(zhōng)應經常檢(jiǎn)查各(gè)機件(jiàn)的(de)工(gōng)作狀(zhuàng)态,注意(yì)各傳動件是否運行良好,應經常加潤(rùn)滑油。
l the error of portrait linearity and horizontal of body and bracket is the 1/1000 of length when install screw engine. install the support on the body steadily and then lock down the ground bolt.
l install the inlet and outlet on the spot. add sealing shim between the two flanges and there is no clearance.
l check the oil store if there is enough lubricant after the installation is over.
l the operation should be steady and reliable. there is no oil leakage in the bearing box and the raising temperature is not more than 20℃.
l feed the material equally, otherwise the material will be jammed and the driving device is over loaded. there is no big block hard material in the transported material to avoid blocking and damaging.
l make sure that the conveyer starts without load and stop feeding before stop the engine. stop the conveyer after the material is transported completely.
l often check the working condition of all parts during the operating. pay attention to the working of transmission parts and add lubricant to the transmission parts.
