  旋(xuán)轉高(gāo)溫三通閥(fá)采用(yòng)超強(qiáng)度熱(rè)強鋼、不鏽鋼(gāng)和(hé)優質(zhì)碳素鋼焊(hàn)接。耐(nài)溫700℃，為(wéi)雙層結構(gòu)，夾層(céng)襯有(yǒu)阻燃(rán)、耐溫保熱材料(liào)，内有耐(nài)熱鋼作(zuò)耐熱(rè)層，耐溫1000℃，内(nèi)襯耐(nài)火材(cái)料和(hé)隔熱層(céng)。該閥磨(mó)擦小、耐磨(mó)性高，且高(gāo)溫(wēn)不(bú)變形(xíng)、不脫碳。

  the valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. the structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. the material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. the ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. the lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. the valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

working principle:

  旋(xuán)轉高溫三(sān)通閥(fá)由閥體、旋轉翻(fān)闆、密封副、軸和傳動裝置(zhì)等部件構成。由(yóu)傳動裝置(zhì)帶動軸和搖臂使旋(xuán)轉翻闆根(gēn)據工況需(xū)要轉(zhuǎn)換(huàn)氣流方向，達到封閉通(tōng)道的(de)密封狀(zhuàng)态(tài)。開啟(qǐ)通道(dào)則通(tōng)暢無阻(zǔ)。反(fǎn)之，則(zé)轉換(huàn)氣流(liú)方向(xiàng)。

  xsts 手動配用(yòng)蝸輪(lún)傳動裝置。用鍊(liàn)輪遠距離操作，經蝸輪副帶動軸作(zuò)旋轉(zhuǎn)，達到(dào)介(jiè)質(zhì)換向的目(mù)的。

  xstq 氣動裝置配(pèi)用氣動裝(zhuāng)置和蝸輪傳動裝置(zhì)。手動(dòng)由鍊輪傳(chuán)動(dòng)蝸輪副(fù)，帶動(dòng)閥軸(zhóu)作旋轉，氣(qì)動由氣動(dòng)推杆推動(dòng)搖(yáo)杆(gǎn)帶動(dòng)閥軸(zhóu)作旋轉，達(dá)到介(jiè)質換向的(de)目的。手動、氣動(dòng)可無幹擾切換(huàn)。

  the valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. in order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  xsts is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. it is operated by chain wheel from long range. worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  xstq is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. the chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使用(yòng)說明

operation instruction

l 連接方(fāng)式(shì)：進氣口(kǒu)為法蘭式連接(jiē)，兩個出(chū)氣口為對焊式(shì)連接。

l 安裝(zhuāng)時請(qǐng)注意進氣方向(xiàng)（閥體上(shàng)已(yǐ)标明(míng)）， 操作時請注意翻闆換(huàn)向的方(fāng)向。

l 設備在運行(háng)時，應定期給傳(chuán)動部分加潤滑(huá)油和(hé)檢查傳動部分運行情況(kuàng)。

l 若長期存放，應(yīng)使翻(fān)闆(pǎn)處于下(xià)通道關閉(bì)狀态，給傳(chuán)動(dòng)部(bù)分加(jiā)潤滑(huá)油，不要露(lù)天堆(duī)置。

l the connection of inlet is flange connection. two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l the down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運(yùn)輸及(jí)保管：

transportation and protection

l 運輸時應(yīng)避免撞擊(jī)閥門(mén)，閥門應(yīng)處于全(quán)閉位置以(yǐ)防在運輸中損壞翻(fān)闆。

l 運輸時傳動(dòng)裝置應懸空，防(fáng)止傳動軸(zhóu)受力(lì)過大(dà)而(ér)變(biàn)形損(sǔn)壞。

l 傳動裝置及傳動部(bù)位應作防潮、防雨處理(lǐ)。

l 該閥(fá)應存(cún)放在(zài)幹燥(zào)的室内，不(bú)允許(xǔ)露(lù)天(tiān)存放(fàng)或堆置。長期存(cún)放時應使(shǐ)閥門(mén)處于關閉狀态(tài)，各傳(chuán)動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油，傳(chuán)動裝置作(zuò)防(fáng)潮、防塵處理。

l avoid bumping of the valve when transported. the valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l the transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l the valve should be stored in dry room. it should be in full close state when long stored. add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
