working principle:

  調節器(qì)密(mì)封腔體(tǐ)容器(qì)内，設有可(kě)自動(dòng)開啟、關(guān)閉，轉動靈活可(kě)靠并具(jù)有抗沖擊、抗振動(dòng)、耐磨損能力(lì)的擋(dǎng)闆(pǎn)。擋闆的(de)運行由帶有一(yī)配重(zhòng)塊(kuài)的連杆(gǎn)來實(shí)現，連(lián)杆及(jí)配重塊均封閉(bì)于兩(liǎng)側箱體内(nèi)。當調節器存有(yǒu)一定(dìng)量的物料時，擋闆便(biàn)自動(dòng)打開，物料(liào)順着擋闆(pǎn)開口自然(rán)、均勻、平穩地溜(liū)下，粉(fěn)塵(chén)仍然封(fēng)存于(yú)調(diào)節(jiē)器内不能溢(yì)出(chū)。調節(jiē)器的(de)減振(zhèn)裝置(zhì)消除了擋闆及(jí)配重塊(kuài)在(zài)開啟、關閉過程(chéng)中的(de)振力。

  the baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. the baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. the baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. the connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. the baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. the material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. the shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

使用(yòng)說明：

usage explanation

l  安(ān)裝(zhuāng)前必須清潔閥門内腔，不(bú)允許(xǔ)有任何雜物和(hé)污垢(gòu)附着。

l  安裝(zhuāng)前先檢查(chá)閥(fá)門各傳動部分是否完好，試(shì)運(yùn)行(háng)無誤後(hòu)将閥門(mén)處于(yú)全閉(bì)狀态(tài)再進行安(ān)裝。

l  法(fǎ)蘭連接時(shí)兩法蘭間(jiān)必須(xū)加密封墊(niàn)，然後(hòu)均勻鎖緊(jǐn)聯接螺栓。

l  根(gēn)據客戶實際(jì)工況(kuàng)需要調整配重(zhòng)塊來保證下料(liào)量及下料頻率(lǜ)。

l   the body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   check the transmission part before install. close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   add sealed shim between the two flanges. lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運輸及保管：

transportation and protection

l  運輸時避免(miǎn)撞擊(jī)調節(jiē)器(qì)，調節器(qì)擋闆(pǎn)應處(chù)于全(quán)閉位(wèi)置，以防在(zài)運輸中擋(dǎng)闆及(jí)傳動部件損壞(huài)。

l  運輸時(shí)傳動部(bù)位應作防潮、防(fáng)雨(yǔ)處(chù)理。

l  調節器(qì)應存放在幹燥(zào)的室内，不允許(xǔ)露天存放或堆(duī)置。

l  調節器長期(qī)存放時(shí)應使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳動部位(wèi)加潤滑油(yóu),作防潮、防塵(chén)處理。

l   avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   the adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   it should be in full close state when long stored. add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
