扇形閘門廣(guǎng)泛應用于建材、冶金、礦山、化工(gōng)、電力等行業，是各類落(luò)料系統的控制裝置。

  結構簡單，由優質鋼闆(pǎn)焊接而成，具有開啟靈活、無卡阻等(děng)特(tè)點。配有傳動定位裝置(zhì)，可随時根(gēn)據工況需(xū)要确定閘門的開啟角(jiǎo)度，調節物料流量。特别适用于無粘度(dù)的固體粉料及小于Φ30mm顆粒料、晶體(tǐ)料的輸(shū)送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘門(mén)由本體、扇形閘闆、軸、密封副、執行機構等部件構成(chéng)。手動或執(zhí)行機構推動搖杆使扇形(xíng)閘闆沿軸心旋(xuán)轉(zhuǎn)開啟，物料随即下(xià)落。待接料裝置滿載(zǎi)後再推動搖杆使扇(shàn)形閘闆複位，關閉截(jié)斷下落的物料。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝時請注意閘門(mén)本體上标(biāo)明介質(zhì)流向，兩法蘭連接時必需加密封墊片，然後均勻鎖緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  運行時請辨清扇形閘(zhá)闆開關(guān)方向。執行機構請正确接線。

l  若長期存放應(yīng)使設備處于關(guān)閉狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
